1.Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory with more than 100 employees.Welcome OEM and ODM,20 R&D engineers do services for you.
2. Q: What’s the scale of your factory? And what is the annual capacity production of your company?
A: The factory building covers an area of 3000 square meters, and annual output exceeds 60MW, with 60% products exported abroad.
3. Q: Do your products have certifications?
A: Yes, our products have the certificates of CE, RoHs, FCC, IEC...We are assessment supplier by BV and TUV.
4. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Wulian County ,Rizhao, Shandong Province, China. Only 2 hrs&half from Qingdao airport by car to our factory.All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us
5. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority.HONGYU people attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Our factory has gained BV, Intertek,TUV,ISO9001:2008 authentication.Our customers including Hallmark,Homebase, Coca-cola,ITS solar,Mobisol,Bank of China...
6.How long is the warranty of your products? How to guarantee the after-sale services?
A: We guarantee most of our products for one year,the solar panel for 5 years.
We will prepare 3‰ to 5‰ accessories for easy damage parts. We will help you solve all the technology problems through email,phone,video...
7. Q: What is the payment terms,delivery port and MOQ of products?
A: We can quote you FOB,CFR
and CIF price. The delivery port can be Qingdao or Shenzhen. We accept T/T ,L/C, western union, paypal,etc. We especially welcome clients place Trade Assurance Order from Alibaba,and Alibaba will keep your money safe and on time delivery.The MOQ of the solar lights is 10pcs
8. Q: Can I get some samples?
A: Yes,of course. We are honored to offer you samples,usually samples can be ready in 3~7 days!
9. Q: Please let us know if your product does not arrive in your delivery time frame?
A: This things never happened in our company till now, because we have professional managerial personnel to overview and control for every parts of production, and we usually have training to every staff, morning meeting with us everyday, all of our staff are full of passion. So you should never worry about these things
